The law of Change says:
The immutability (unchanging part about change) of change is CONFLICT!
One of the main reasons people resist change is because of the conflict that change causes!
The opposite of conflict is COMFORT! The bottom line is anything that needs to change has a corresponding CONFLICT that comes with it. So, it is not really the CHANGE we resist, but the CONFLICT that is required for true change to happen!
So, how do we navigate CONFLICT that comes with ALL CHANGE?
